well it's pretty simple, most goon artists, well, just most artists in general are not creative. So they just do pinups or generic sex scene #6 x100, made even worse now that AI has made spamming nsfw so simple even the most braindead individuals can spam slop. Good nsfw takes some cleverness/thought + depravity to make interesting scenarios with. Most goon artists just don't have that, they're just in it for the easy engagement and money. When actual gooners make nsfw art, it's very noticeable because their art has scenarios and situations that could only be birthed in the mind of a true gooner.

I think it's just homogenisation because of money. Such art used to be simply for themselves, and for those who happened to stumble upon their work - which is why deviant art was so full of freaky and passionate sexual deviants.
