Generally no, there have been like a miniscule amount of times that this has happened but if you aren't a retard and don't use your patreon username or have "NSFW" in your paypal username, all paypal sees is:

I should elaborate. I made a new twitter account for nsfw stuff specifically, but I'll attach it to my linktree which has my sfw accounts. I don't want to have separate discord accounts where I have to log in between them to share different stuff, so what I want is, one unified social presence which is divided into sfw and nsfw.

With discord specifically it has to be one account because I don't have two phone numbers to verify two accounts, and the platform is (unfortunately) necessary to have organic growth these days.

First of all porn and nsfw art are two different things in the eyes of Paypal. Porn requires human actors who have rights and stuff which is the main reason why they don't allow it. Never call what you draw porn to avoid confusion.
Patreon, Ko-fi, Vgen and probably some more all allow R18 nsfw art and they process money via Paypal. It's a weird situation. On these art websites you can draw deranged horsecock futa crap but a girl can't sell her pics because that's porn.
As an nsfw artist you should always receive payments via a website that has special aggrements with Paypal. Vgen for commissions. Patreon for monetization. Ko-fi for tips. There are alternatives but these are the most popular options.
Always make sure you are behind age verification. Simply don't have any public posts even if you think this one is sfw.
All these websites are middleman services keep you anonymouse unlike a direct Paypal invoice.
