If you ask a specific targeted question in the /beg/ thread you might occasionally get a redline sometimes

Use your own hands as a model and keep sketching them. You're getting there. Also, find some drawings of hands that others have done, and copy them. Looking at your own hands will help you get the form right. Looking at drawings of hands will help you get a sense of which edges and creases to include and exclude from your drawing.

You already have a good understanding of how to render hair and faces in your own style, but what's making it look messier is the rest.
It's rendered with blockier strokes, and while there's some definition on the neck and wrists, it's kinda absent or more random on the clothes.
You might want to study clothing a little. Just get a better idea of how folds work and how shadows work on them.
Someone commented about working on hands,
I also think it's a good thing. The more you draw some, the easier it gets (like with everything)
Overall, you just have to focus a little more on global aspect and less on just the head - but I get it, drawing hair and faces is fun. Once we get a comfort zone, it's easy to neglect the rest.

Side note, I thought ont of your character's hands had three fingers but turns out, seems the pinky is out of frame for some reason lol.
Might be better to have hands fully in the frame.
