Apparently the prescription to prevent co-morbities is 5 mins of light movement (like walking) every 30 mins, which sounds like a fucking nuisance on your art but there's also a 1 hour and 2 hour version. I think I'll try the 2 hour one for a bit. See if it helps (it's also supposed to pump oxygen and glucose around your body as your muscles contract, and the build up of CO2 in your head is what causes "brainfog") Sounds like reasonable advice. Like nah, I was a fucking friendless loser. My parents caught me eating lunch alone outside and they still make fun of me about it. However they did pull me out of school for 3 years, 12-15, so my stunted social abilities werent entirely my fault. Like I had a friend group in elementry school. Didn't keep in contact with anyone when I got pulled out and my parents made no effort to socialize me. Aside from my minimum wage job, but that shit had me going bald at 14 from the stress. The store was also owned by east indians who had a revolving door of immigrants entering and quitting. I was one of the three remaining white employees out of 30 staff or so. Worked like a dog, they had me running the entire store during peak hours a couple times. Remember coming to work once so drunk I smacked into the glass window at the front. They still had me taking orders. God. I had nightmares about that fucking job for years.
