Just draw and tag popular characters of current anime, current gacha games, VTubers, and so on. These tags will expose you to more audiences (which interact more as well) and help to build more numbers, which in turn improves your chances of being recommended by algorithms.

While the internet, as it has become bigger, it has become shittier. Simply making great work and posting regularly really isn't enough these days, in this low attention span economy.I do think expecting hundreds of followers and thousands of likes and such on your work is a bit much though, because what's the reason for doing so? To start a patreon? To sell print-on-demand merch? Why is that the only way anyone can seem to think of monetising their art?Anyway, I think simply making goon art will do little to get eyeballs on your work, or your account, there's simply too much competition, and there's only so much jizz in the balls. Rather, you should try doing something else, niche down, or do something unique -- even if you are still making nsfw.For example, making a looping animation of people boning gets more attention than simply drawing a single still illustration of people boning, and even that could be an over saturated idea.Another idea is to try using a younger site. Yeah, twitter and insta will have far more users and therefore more possible followers for you, but that also means you have that much more competition starting out. Rather, it might be better to go to a smaller site, posting and getting some fans there, and then trying to get your fans to follow you on one of the bigger sites. This should get the algorithm to push you to more people, since you need followers to get more followers, unfortunately.Fans on smaller sites should also be more dedicated than the constant dopamine seeking users of bigger sites, and should be far more likely to buy merch or sign up to your patreon... or so I theorise anyway.
