It's fucked up.If a brown migrates to basically any country, he has a whole diaspora community waiting for his arrival.If a white Canadian migrates, he'll be alone. There's no leaf community there. >>214291917When I arrived in NZ around 15 years ago, I was alone and had no one to guide me. So I setup a support system in Hamilton where new Malaysian arrivals will be picked up at the Auckland airport, and then housed in our community for 3 days. During that time, the host will take them around to find a rental house, a used car while feeding them as guests. Once they're settled down, they get tasked to take care of the next new arrivals. Even our High Commission contacted me sometimes to do the arrangements. I left NZ after 5 years but I hope the system I setup is still in place.
