My mom took me shopping at a clothing store, and I started crying saying I want to go home. My mom told me shed buy me ice cream if I shut the fuck up.I saw a layout poster that said fourth floor had a cafeteria and games cds so I told her to buy me games for the Pentium III PC we had instead.I picked Captain Claw because that was the most popular game at that time in school. The other game I begged my mother to buy was this cool looking shadow guy. And the game's title was Tactical Espionage Action. Both games cost Rs. 99 (or 2$) back then. I played the life out of MGS 1. Every time you beat the game there was something new you unlocked and new you came across. It was the original case too because it came with the VR missions and if you beat them you unlocked the Red Gray Fox skin. The tuxedo, invi suit, the wolves not becoming aggro if you had Meryl's hanky or if you let them pee on the cardboard box. My fav part was when Col Campbell tells you to check the back of the CD case to find Meryl's CODEC. The PC CD case didn't have that and since I wasn't allowed to use the internet back then I had to manually enter the codec one decimal range at a time. You could call Otacon early and he'd hang up on you after a ? Or maybe it was Deepthroat's codec I don't remember. You could also find Meryl in just her panties if you chase her into the women's restroom fast enough and if you called Mei Ling from there she'd call you a creep heheThe story was so fucking cool and futuristic too. I can't find the CD case now but I'm sure I'll find it one day and probably get it signed by Kojima. Pic related is the Captain Claw CD case.
