Every young person in the EU knows at least English, in addition to their own language. On average, they know 4 languages. People in the USA only need to learn one language: Spanish. But they are lazy to learn even that one language. On the other hand, immigrants from Latin America do not know English. They only need to know one language in the world: ENGLISH. But since the rest of America speaks Spanish (not counting Brazil), they are ALSO LAZY to learn the only language they need: English. That is the paradox of the American continent.
