does this not count as polygamy?
are they treated as a single person legally?
>>
If one of them was snorting cocaine and the other head wasn't, would the other head feel high as well?
>>
>>214408767
the law is unprepared to address this
>>
>>214409904
Yes because same nervous system
>>
>>214407197
Bloooooodluuuuuust!!! NGAAAH!
>>
>>214410056
apparently he just married one of them so legally it's not but it's definitely a weird case
>>
>>214410193
that means the other half can legally marry someone else. makes for an interesting sexlife.
>>
Is it singular or plural? Whats the pronoun?
>>
>>214408767
it legally isn't considered polygamy because each twin is considered a distinct person, even if they share a body. he's only married to one head, i.e. one person.
though, let's be honest, he's de facto married to both as it seems unlikely abby and brittany would seek different relationships given how much they share. what's sharing a husband when you already share so much else?
>>214409904
yes, but not because they share a nervous system (they don't), rather that they share a bloodstream
>>
Which head is the legal mother of the baby? How do they determin that?
>>
>>214410485
I'm very curious about this one, since they share a reproductive system how do you even tell who the mother is?
The whole idea of considering them as two separate persons falls apart with this, at least in a legal sense.

given that conjoined twins have the same DNA, there really isn't any easy way to tell which one the mother is, just as it'd be difficult to tell who the parent is between regular old identical twins. if your parent is an identical twin, your aunt/uncle will show up as your parent, as they have the same DNA. same goes for abby and brittany.
that being said, technically only one of them can be the mother, as the egg has to come from one ovary, and each twin has domain over their half of the body in terms of control and sensation. the egg had to have come from either abby's ovary or brittany's, but how to tell is close to impossible
I think overall legally their child would just be considered abby's, given that she's the one who's married, which would administratively make things less of a headache

I would be very surprised if they manage to have a child in the conventional way, with pregnancy and birth. They can probably become surrogate mothers though.
>>
>>214410889
What an insane situation, the child by all account would have two mothers but it's impossible to reflect that in the paperwork without significantly bending the rules.
>>
So which head feels orgasm?
>>
>>214411015
>They can probably become surrogate mothers though.
Meaning they can hire a surrogate mother and become mothers via surrogacy, lol.
>>
>>214411036
Their nervous systems overlap in the middle of the body, so possibly both.
>>
>>214411015
i think they probably could; hell, there's chance that they recently did, as they've been photographed in the past few weeks with a baby in a car seat, though i'm still not 100% convinced it's theirs

they've got all the working parts to have a kid; the only difference between a normal pregnancy and theirs would probably be them having to both push during birth, given they each control one side of the body, though that's just my guess as to how it'd work

Polygamy is illegal.
