That sounds retarded. Rich people in third world countries stay in third world countries. When you go back home after making money in the West you invest in a business that makes sure you can be comfortable back home. You finish building a house, you start a farm or two, you open a business related to the field you were working in, you work with the rich minority. Hence no reason to go back to the West. That's how people do it here anyways. Some are retarded and waste it all but those so retarded that they waste it all anyways almost always never have the self control to not mingle with natives, to not waste their money in the west on nonsense, and end up staying there leaving their kids there.
