With that being said, why does "Antisemitism" commonly refers to animosity towards the Jews or Israel, when Semitic people ALSO includes Levantines and Arabs, as this map shows?

Does animosity towards Ethiopians, Qataris, Saudis, Irakians, Syrians, Lebaneses, Jordanians or... Palestinians make you Antisemitic as well? Or it is just reserved for... Israelians? Therefore, Are Jews antisemitic for hating and killing Palestinians?
