I’ve lived in Pittsburgh, Philadelphia, New York, and Washington full-time and I’ve spent at least a month in pretty much all of the major cities. Pittsburgh was actually my favorite one by far. Yes, the weather is dog shit. Yes, the food is slop. Yes, the people are kind of fat and low brow sportsball cucks. But you know what? Pittsburgh has one thing no other city in America has right now:…normalcy. Pittsburgh is just fucking normal. The guys are normal, the girls are normal, the housing is normal, the job market is normal, the nightlife is normal. It’s just overall normal, which is decent, which is good. There are other cities that have this or that thing about it which is better than that respective thing is in Pittsburgh but every other city is in some way a fucking dystopia as well. It doesn’t matter if you’re talking about Detroit or Boston. They all suck for some reason or another. Not Pittsburgh. There is nothing about Pittsburgh that will make you fucking miserable.
