The Spanish government, regardless of who's in charge, favors immigration from LatAm. The same can be said for companies who want cheap labor.I'm not an expert on the matter though, but there's plenty of people on the internet talking about how they got their citizenship after two years. Again I'm not an expert but I'm pretty sure you could even get citizenship without even setting foot in Spain if you can prove you have Spanish ancestry, just turning in whatever family records you have regarding that ancestor. If you have a granpa or grandma who was exiled after the Spanish Civil War you'll probably get it.

If it's a non-EU country citizenship that you hold then I guess you'll have to check their requirements and will probably need a passport.
Entering to the USA legally is the easiest shit ever. They will give you a VISA as long as you look as a normal person with a normal stable job. Being denied an american VISA is peak brown activities
