Tbf I have been hearing a lot of people speaking Polish/Ukranian/Russian in my area lately and I don't even live near a major city. I don't hate them, but they're extremely cagey and have their own in groups. The video made it clear it's an extremely heinous crime (she was just minding her own business, it was entirely unprovoked) so it's only going to get worse. People should be talking about it, if not for racial reasons than because we have druggies, homeless, ex-cons, and people who fit all three criteria roaming the streets when they clearly aren't safe to be around and that's a huge problem.
