I work at a large tech company in my country. When I first joined, there were only around 10% Indians in my org of 100 software developers. My manager was Russian, his manager was Ukrainian, his manager was white. Fast forward 6 years and it's now over 50% Indian and the management chain is almost entirely Indian. My manager is Indian, his manager is Indian, my manager's manager is Indian, and so on.Happens iyc?
