I wanna share one story. I was tought at my university that habit is formed in 21 days. I doubted on this statement. I googled it. What do you know? Yes, it's a myth. I found out a new studies about habits. https://pmc.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/articles/PMC11641623/ I'm too lazy to find more studies.
