Is it common for people to completely abstain from drinking alcohol in your country?
pfft
>>214656235It happens
drinking right now
I'm getting close, my body straight up rejects amy distilled or fermented alcohol i try to drink, i throw up from drinking like 2 shots and not even getting drunkI even grew a psychological aversion to the taste, i have to force myself to tolerate anything when i'm drinking with friends
>>214656235Yes, fairly common among older people and we also have a fair bit of weirdo American-style Christians.
>>214656235We have the opposite and its a bad problem
I don't like hangovers. Also I only feel good for 1 hour then feel bad for 2 hours with alcohol.
>>214656235Not very common, but I completely abstain from alcohol.
>>214657943Just ask for water/soda, what's the issue
>>214657943ethanol too spicy for brownpipo
>>214658223Recently i've been just drinking beer, that's the only alcohol my liver doesn't toss out like a spoiled child>>214658283I wish i could be a vodka-fueled machine like you, Ivan
>>214656235No, but they definitely should.
>>214656235yes. The worst part is when they drink non-alcoholic beer. I respect if alcohol is a problem for you but at least use the opportunity to drink something tastier than that shit. I love a good beer but I won't pretend it's the best tasting drink
>>214656235 i'm a muslim alcoholic
>>214656235Not really. We have a sizeable Christian sect whose members don't drink alcohol, but those guys are loonies anyway. There's also a "tradition" to start off the year by staying dry during the entirety of January, since typically December is the month when people drink the most.
