there was a black berry bush nearby on the edge of someone's property that I used to take a handful of whenever I walked by but I don't think they knew that had it because they clear cut the path it was on because it was overgrown

yeah I usually went collecting chanterelles and blueberries or whatever came up.

Small lizards were running around in the swamp, I could adopt them as pets.

We have personal forest areas assigned to every person since pagan times

I planted these mushrooms called "garden giant" in 2 squared meters of my land just to try and since july Ive been getting this many mushrooms every week or so, especially many after rains or humid weather, shit's crazy.
Supposedly if I keep feeding them woodchips they will keep coming for years
