How is life here?

I don't live there but I like Albuquerque, Las Cruces, and Santa Fe. Santa Fe is the nicest of the three but the most expensive. Like pretty much every other city in the country there are good parts and bad parts in each. Las Cruces is really fucking hot half the year, Albuquerque less so, and Santa Fe is up in the mountains so it's much cooler. I can't say much about the other "big" towns but the I-40 towns feel like truck stops without much else going on (Gallup and Grants are near a lot of great outdooring), Roswell/Artesia/Carlsbad all seem really dull and isolated, and there's a really big pistachio in Alamogordo.

No idea, it's kind of a forgotten place in America.
