yea i got sleep paralysis once. it was an incredibly vivid and scary experience. basically I wake up in my room and can't move, i struggle to move and see three cloaked beings in my dark room, around 2½ meters in height. one insane detail is that one of them was bent down to fit in the doorway.

they seemed to be communicating and this portal opened. I then appeared in this lush valley area. It was daytime, and a group of humans were sitting down and listening to another of these cloaked beings talk about something, and I moved to join them and thats when I wake up..

its the most insane vivid dream I have ever had and I'm honestly convinced it was real.

I genuinely believe everyone who says they've had sleep paralysis where tons of crazy stuff happens is lying. But at the same time I'm scared of the potential karma for saying that and experiencing it myself.

I've also had lucid dreaming but it felt and looked very fake

About two months ago, it was absolute terror. I started with a dream inside an indie game setting, I was standing on top of a watchtower with a paragliding suit. A man was going up the stairs, I intended to jump at the last second before he could reach the top. He was quicker than I thought and suddenly grabs by leg and panic sets in
I suddenly get transported back into my room, aware of my surroundings, as if I woke up. I'm lying on my side facing left. I can hear fire cracking and see flames through my closed eyes, but can't open them or move a muscle. Of course my first thought is that my room is burning even though I don't remember sensing any heat or smell. Then I heard footsteps coming up the stairs into my room and stopping right in front of me. In my mind it had to be the person who set fire to my home because they didn't say anything. I tried yelling for my mom but my mouth wouldn't open. After about 30 seconds or one minute I snapped out of it and sat up and everything was normal. I've never been so scared
