I love it, but I don't think it is quite as diverse as a lot of people say ; the sauces are generally acidic and they eat loads of tortillas and other corn based staples
tacos are okay but not like it's the best thing in the worldpizza, sushi, and burgers are all betteraside from that it seems like mexican culture is bassically the same as American redneck culture except they listen to polka music

Pro: Very easy to like, hard to hate. Nothing too weird. Simple, tasty and filling.Cons: dishes are usually variations of the same ingredients/things, low skill ceiling and space for complex flavors. Makes you fat
