Face the music anon. Seething about The Bad Races all your waking hours is draining you of mental energy. You are loosing cognitive and libidinal potency to win at life. But good news! We're here to save you.

Our research body has created a new psychotherapeutic technique for making you less racist. It derives from existing research in cognitive behavioural therapy.

Step 1: Think of the ethnicity towards which you hold prejudicial views.
Step 2: Mentally recall the slur you use against them with the most affective potency.
Step 3: Thoroughly visualise the slur in your mind. Rotate it around, examine the texture. Do it like you did with Windows XP 3D savers.
Step 4: Explode the slur into smithereens.
Repeat for all the slurs that come to mind with emotional reactions..

This requires conscious effort and a desire for change. It takes a while but we promise that it showed potential in early trials. At least 5 respondents have already reported back feeling unburdened by - and we paraphrase - the stresses of justifying to themselves the need to hate the Bosnian construction workers on the way to work, the Albanian pastry baker, the German tourist.

If you want change, you may be next. Report down below if you've noticed any changes.
