We’re not talking low level engineers we’re talking nobel prize winners.Israel was a secondary recipient but most left to USA. This brain drain will be studied in the future once its comprehended what a big deal it was, and explains why Poland and Russia are basically never gonna make it again as they are stuck with those low level engineers
