Normgroids and ultra casual car guys, mostly. The entire show is so surface-level and edited to shit, the hosts "personalities" carry most of the weight. And they invite some vapid celebs on making it another "celebrity TV show #346" rather than actual car enthusiast show.
I know some genuine car guys who like it, but it's always for nostalgia reasons, they grew up watching it.
