I work at a remote startup that hires predominantly from Latam for our Customer Service team. We even have some that are engineers and they're great.They're competent, willing to disagree when they see a problem, fun to hang out with, and not fucking weirdos. It's such a refreshing change of pace from unlimited indians. I cannot begin to express this to you.
