weather was very mild, somewhat cloudy with a bit of sun
I started incelwalking last week, usually in the evening so I could sleep better
it's nice both in the evening and during the day, I'll do it regularly now I think, good for the body and soul

What an incredibly geocentric term. I suppose I should not be too surprised that contemporary Germans believe that the sun revolves around them, even if the rest of us outgrew that model centuries ago.

It is, of course, an old term, much older than the solar centric model of our solar system. And yes, people used to believe that, and not only in Germany. At least we didn't burn people like the Italians did with Giordano Bruno.

Most likely, you develop your survival strategy in the early years according to the rules imposed over you from the world and you overall stick to that strategy for the rest of your life, understanding what younger people feel when developing with different rules is hard
Can't teach an old dog new tricks, brugers say?
I think the only way to go is to try and tell the younger ones to get as strong as possible (phisically, mentally, morally, economically), because however you look at it that seems one of the fundamental values that always works well the more of it you have

Not wanna defend the old boomer, but i fear most dads are like that, i had to learn shave by myself, driving with my brother, most pratical things i can do (simple stuff but like using chainsaw, a drill, a grinder, lawnmower) i learned by myself, cooking as well, obviously zero teachings in how to deal with women (brother tried to help but he's chad and can't understand why things can't work for others the same way they do for him)
I was merely lucky that i had so much time to learn by myself without incurring into some bad social moments that would cripple me, which is what usually happens when a clueless person does trial and error as an unpopular guy
Now i kinda like the fact that "if you want to do or learn something, you better not wait for someone to teach you" rule is a basic set inside me (referring to normal stuff, dealing with women is a game on its own)

Sorry for cringy post

I spent most of my childhood without my dad, as he was working abroad and would work for some six months then come for one month then go out again.
He actually refused to have another kid with mom until he managed to get a job at home (which he did). He did try his hardest to recover his lost time with me, and I thank him for that.

>>215098691
Similar in my case. He used to be a workaholic so I wouldn't see him much. I'd only really see him for a good amount of time on Sundays but we didn't really do much. The fact that he has literally 0 interests doesn't help at all.

Desire is the base of all suffering.
Life is a mindless scourge that destroys all natural resources before moving on to another planet.
We may be born as part of the problem but it's up to us to become part of the solution.
>>
>>215099184
Life makes many of the natural resources, and without life to consume them they really aren't more than a bunch of pointless chemicals that just lay there

It's kind of heartwarming seeing that men can admit that having an absent father is not just a female issue. I sadly had the luck that my dad was present but... He was kind of negligent at the same time. Overprotective and would worry about everything, but when it came to paying attention to us he was always too busy or too tired. He was quite violent when he was tired from work or things didn't go his way.
I ended up turning quite a bit like him in terms of temperament, and I miss talking with him. He was one of my best friends growing up, but he's grown senile and I can't talk to him without him chudding out and attacking my mom verbally, when she's the only one taking care of my brother.
Dads are just as important as moms, and if you can't be a good parent, just don't have kids. Generational trauma is some wicked shit that affects entire societies.
