It's a fun nation to play, particularly going against India because you have to do most of the fighting yourself and fighting through Burma and into Bengal is hell.

EU4 is my favorite. I haven't even bought any of the DLC yet and have still sunk tons of time into it. There's simply so much going on from 1400-1820, so many storylines all over the world.
