The reason this happened is either than they didn't manufacture the seal of the glass to the metal properly, or (more likely) some jeet rubbed his greasy, sweaty fingers on a part of the phone before it was sealed, so now there's a glob of moisture doomed to evaporate and condense in the camera lens forever.
