If it is to be argued that incest is immoral due to abnormal chances of mutations, it then must also be accepted that physically and mentally disabled people cannot have sexual relationships. Currently it is not illegal in most countries that I know of for disabled people to have children. Therefore, those who are against incest must also adopt a general view of pro-eugenics when it comes to selective breeding. If this is seen to be immoral, then incest in itself is not necessarily immoral; I would even argue that those who are in such relationships are far more physically and mentally capable of taking care of their young and can give informed consent for the risk of mutations when breeding.
