Basically the Indians who live like slaves in Saudi Arabia have literally no better option. They are uneducated and can never really hope to make more than that. The Indians who would be able to get into med school in turkey would also be able to immigrate to the west. If you had to choose between turkey or Canada/USA/UK what would you choose?It's the same thing with Brazil. The goal isn't just to get out of India, but to make $300,000 in FAANG or $170,000 as a doctor or something. You simply can't make serious cash anywhere outside the west
