Chia seeds are generally the gentlest fiber and psyllium is the most effective (flax is in the middle but along with chia gives good nutrients).How your intestines react to different levels of fiber can be tricky so I'll be trying with just chia seeds first and then phasing in the others/adding more fiber overall until I hit the right balance.And yes if you drink nothing but protein shakes, even with fiber, it will probably give you either diarrhea or constipation, even with proper fiber.

Sear the pork first to get some colour and then put em with the beans in the pressure cooker, insanely good. Right now I've been cutting down starches and wheats because I started to gain weight 1 year ago.
