Added some banded scapulae retractions and some assisted slow chinups (chinups alone took me close to 3 minutes) to my warm-up because of the 'nitis. I managed to do 2x3 50 kgs unilateral lat pulldowns on a cut, despite only being able to do I think 1x3+2x2 with the same weight like 3 weeks ago on a bulk, plus even the 3rd rep was with proper form this time unlike 3 weeks ago. Could not feel the 'nitis flaring up at all throughout the sesh, so I will add both banded scapulae retractions and assisted chinups to my warmup on both push and pull days. Also added weighted back extensions back to my workout plan, and I was surprised I could do 10 reps with 40 kgs fr fr.As for the 'tism, honestly, I feel a bit like shit rn.
