This is supposedly one of the worst neighborhoods in Germany. It looks 99% better than any urban area on a third world country.
>>215325881I mean there are plenty of things I like and appreciate about Chile but we're still a long way ahead and it seems we're doing a 360 flip and walking backwards. Something as basic as having nice transit services (the bus network in Talca is so shitty to the point walking is more reliable and NO ONE gives a fuck about these new traffic jams) and decentralized governance. Also the cleanliness. The safety, firsties can go out at whatever hour of the day to wherever they want because there's little violent crime. I got robbed of my night life by insecurity.
