I crave death. I am afraid of pain and death. But I can't bear living. It's so painful too.I am afraid of hurt.I am afraid of both physical and mental pain. And soul pain.I can't do it alone.I am completely alone.
>>215365526Dont die ukr bro.
>>215365526I'm sorry you have to go through all of this. i hope the gods help you find someone to be with or make you able to be comfortable and happy as you are now.
>>215365526Are you healthy in body?
>>215365526you die you simply respawn in another sentient form somewhere else maybe in another universe
>>215366291the soul reincarnates but the us that is us as we imagine it is gone forever. when we reincarnate we become someone else, the person we used to be has to die, so it will always be scary. I think the bhagavad gita is the best thing to keep in mind in the scenario op is in.
>>215366505yes I think that makes sense, the individual us is gone forever, but the universe shall keep continuing to suffer. Frankly the individual us also kind of dies as we change, we are not the person we were a decade ago - heck even almost all of our cells get replaced in about 7 years. I just meme about reincarnation but I don't think it matters to us as individuals.
>>215365526if you are physically healthy you should strive to live.life sucks for everyone, just drink a 6 pack or something, we are all promised death, why rush it?
>>215367106I agree
>>215366505If you and your memory is gone forever, I wouldn't call it a "reincarnation." It's just true permanent death of a person and a completely unrelated person being born somewhere else.
>>215367440When we are born the gods give us life, they put a seed inside us. When we die that seed is cleansed, then the gods use it for more life. If you lost all your memories for good in a way that they were unrecoverable would you be a different person? I don't think it can be answered with just a yes or a no.
>>215367721There's no debate over if we are a different person or not- the old person is not in that "cleansed seed" at all. It's inert. It's just a component. It's like a recently deceased organ donor giving his heart to someone else. In this context, no one ever says that the heart donor is "still there"- that donor is dead and gone for good.
>>215368044I just don't think it's that simple. Its true the old person dies and is gone forever, and that the new one is a different person, but it's the same conscious essence. You're making some good points so I'm going to be as straightforward as I can. I think a person has 3 parts to their soul and when you are die they are separated, but it's the conscious soul that is the one that is recycled. I think that because it is this same conscious essence that the reincarnation can be called a reincarnation of the old person. I think most of our ideas about our own existence is delusion, the Buddhist concept of emptiness is probably right. The thoughts and memories and personalities are just how our consciousness responds to the conditions we are in. And with that things can be different even if they have the same material conditions based on the nature of their consciousness. sorry if this was longwinded and too schizo to make sense, feel free to ignore.
