You sound stupid no shade north Koreans go to Russia and china on vacation and some even get jobs there. Sanctions do stop north Koreans from visiting other countries, however

There are a good bit of international students that live mostly in Pyongyang, mainly Chinese and Russian. They upload lots of pictures and videos from North Korea, they just are active on completely different parts of the internet.

I used to work at a casino here and an old lady was a regular customer... and she has a freaking DPRK pin that she wears every day, I don't know if she launders money for the regime or maybe her grandson went to North Korea and gave her that pin, but I choose to believe the former cause it sounds cooler.
