>>215384322>KurganHello, descendantHow are you?
>>215384322>>215384357Saars...!
Yamnaya bro's... our response?
>>215384322My ancestor was WHG (Loschbour) >>215384607I'm half Yamnaya half WHG
>>215384322i've seen this guy before
>>215384322Looks like a non-dysgenic jeet. It's uncanny.
>>215384322If they found this skeleton now they would make him black in the recreation
>>215384322Wtf looks like my uncle
>>215384322>>215384607>>215384646Europeans aren't descended from Yamnaya. Euros descend from Corded Ware. Back in the day we thought that Corded Ware was an off-shoot of Yamnaya but that was deboonked(tm) now we know that they were related but distinct peoples. The Corded Ware chads lived a bit to the north in the steppe-forest area, between the steppe inhabited by the Yamnaya and the dense forests inhabited by proto-Uralics. The Corded Ware ended up pushing the Yamnaya further South. The actual descendants of the Yamnaya living today are mostly found in the Caucasus, specially amongst Georgians and Armenians.
>>215385900>Europeans aren't descended from Yamnaya>Balkanoids>Southern Italians
my ancestor stronger than your ancestor
>>215385900>Euros descend from Corded Ware.Wrong.I1 HG tribes were the real indigneous Europeans and predate Yamnayas by 10000-20000 years, split from I2 30000 years ago. J2 farmers also descended from I2 settled in the south and are ancestors to southern Europeans. R1A came only 3000-5000 years ago from the steppes.
>>215385938Technically only balkanoids are closer to real Yamnaya-Corded ware. Southern Europeans and Northern Europeans are related more to indigneous ice age hunter gatherer people that moved from Siberia into Europe.
>>215385938>How exactly the emergence and expansion of the Corded Ware are linked to the emergence and expansion of the Yamnaya horizon remains unclear. However, the Y chromosome record of both groups indicates that Corded Ware cannot be derived directly from the Yamnaya or late eastern farming groups sampled thus far, and is therefore likely to constitute a parallel development in the forest steppe and temperate forest zones of Eastern Europe.CW and Yamnaya are different. Whenever you see old people online, even researchers (years ago) claiming that there's a direct line of ancestry from Yamnaya to later indo-European cultures, it's always because they assume that CW came from Yamnaya, which we now know is incorrect.>>BalkanoidsMight be the only region in Europe which did receive actual Yamnaya migrations but the transition from Old Europe to the middle bronze age Balkans is still rather understudied. Would have to check Y-haplo samples from Mycenaean Greece and check if the R1 clades match with CW or with Yamnaya.>>Southern ItaliansThat's bell-beaker, derived from CW.
>>215386225The vast majority of Europeans are R1b and autosomally have far more steppe ancestry than WHG.>J2 farmers also descended from I2 settled in the south and are ancestors to southern Europeans. All Europeans are formed out of a mixture of Steppe, WHG and EEF. Northern Europeans have EEF and Southerners have Steppe too.The EEF didn't have any single Y-haplo and might have been a diverse population which came to Europe in waves. The Y-haplo most associated with the EEF in any case is G2a2.
