Which state and city does the most shenanigans happen in? I'm making a little police game set in the US and I was thinking about the setting.from what I've heard Florida has the most shenanigans but, I'm not really feeling it desu. I think most of the time people either use NYC or make a fictionalised version of NYC, I think I'd incorporate little elements of it but, I prefer the LAPD aesthetic a little more and maybe base it on CRASH like GTASA. I'm really just debating whether I should set it on the East coast like the Baltimore ghettos and NYC (I was inspired by the Wire and a game called beat cop). Or something east coast like LA/Compton. (I think gang culture is more prevalent there and with stuff like CRASH and black and white cruisers it's more iconic but, I feel like It's too obvious because GTA 5 is set in a fictional LA too) I'm also trying to think of a name
