Me looking at female English teachers getting hired all the time with no qualifications while I struggle to get a single school to hire me despite having a masters' degree, the best certifications, experience and bilingual proficiency because I'm a man and nobody talks about how this kind of systematic sexism is plaguing our society

I'm unemployed because of systematic sexism. There's no other way to explain how despite all my qualifications and language proficiency I'm still struggling to get hired. I've seen female teachers getting hired at 20 without even having an uni degree, while I got a master's, the best certifications and experience. Western women are like fucking indians, they hire only other women when they dominate the job market. You might think I'm joking but I have never been hired by a woman, only by men. Neither the left nor the right speaks about this sexual segregation in the job market.

It's never enough. Sometimes I'd get ghosted and if an interview goes well then bureaucracy gets in the fucking way. I was going to teach near my city but the local schools are taking so long to give them a confirmation they said they'd wait until mid october and then cancel their plans to hire teachers.
