Mostly where they live + how they immigrated.

Indians are H1-B sirs that live in San Francisco, so they are likely smarter and make more.

Chinese came here to build railroads in the west, so they genetically arent as smart as say, the F-1 Visa chinks that are in PHD programs. They also are fucking everywhere, so they make less.
