I'm chuddy about it yeah. It's sad to think the US was this massive country with a huge population and 90% white as recently as the early 60s. And that any time we built most buildings in the early 1900s they were inspired by Europe which is absolutely not allowed nowadays. We tried to be Europe outside of Europe back then and it was really something special and beautiful. Now in any public school you are taught mainly that it was an evil time where white supremacy ruled everything and heckin bipoc were segregated and oppressed etc
