Do men have feet like this in your country?
>>
>>215401933
that's a disease
>>
>>215401933
Yeah, I used to have my feet even worse just a month ago because I walk a lot on my job and don't wash my feet often
>>
>>215401933
No, I actually let my feet breathe and wash them every day
>>
>>215401933
Pitted keratolysis. A huge bitch to get rid of once it reaches that point. 99% of the time painless but 100% of the time smells like a dead rat.
>>
gee
>>
imagine the smell
>>
>>215401933
Average /int/ poster
>>
>>215401933
How is that even possible? Do people not change their socks or wash their fucking feet? Usually when I get home, I go barefoot.
>>
>>215401933
Is this your foot OP?
>>
>>215402397
Yes. I work 8 hours a day 40 hours a week in a warehouse in hot-ass Los Angeles. I change my socks and scrub my feet really hard in the shower but it’s hard to get rid of this shit.
>>
>>215401933
this nigga turning into spongebob oml
>>
>>215402432
what does it feel like?
>>
>>215402432
I think you should take the time to go to the doctors, bacterial infections can be nasty. Is it painful, itchy or irritable?
>>
>>215402432
go see a doctor, it won't go away on its own
>>
>>215402432
You won't get rid of it regardless how much you wash it. Once the bacterial colony entrenched in the deeper layers it won't go away because they multiply too fast. You need topical antibiotics + a antiperspirant, after the dead skin layer is restored then it will go away. If you fail that you can try smoothing it out with prescription strength urea 20-30%, this will deny the bacteria the crevices but will also increase the chances of getting painful blisters from friction inside your shoes because it will expose the dermis.
>>
>>215401933
i suggest fire
>>
>>215402601
I once did a virtual consultation with a doctor when I was on my parents insurance and got prescribed a clear gel-ointment that made it go away. That was about 5/6 years ago. It came back. I have my own insurance now but it’s very minimal coverage.
>>
>>215402929
As much as I know you amerigolems sell OTC antibiotic creams without prescription unlike us who need one. Try buying a antiperspirant (roll-on ones work as well, just buy unscented) and one of those triple antibiotic ointments. The bacteria that causes it comes in different flavours so different antibiotics work better or worse but still work.
>>
just dip your foot in a tub of isopropyl for half an hour. what could go wrong?
>>
>>215403274
imagine the burning...
>>
>>215402432
dog bless ameriga
>>
>>215403274
Won't work. Diluted bleach as well. It will be okay for a day then go back to stinking like corpse. Treatment is antibiotics, reducing moisture and exfoliating the pita with a pumice stone or chemicals, at such a level that is visible after a shower (the pits are barely visible before a shower) needs a one month+ commitment.
>>
>>215402929
google the medicine main ingridients & by a no name generic brand online, retard
>>
>>215403363
40 hours is a standard workweek in Italy
>>
>>215403403
just use undiluted bleach then
>>
>>215403404
You can't buy certain antibiotics OTC depending on the country like erythromycin, clindamycin and whatever, antibiotic resistance and shit because patients rub it in like candy for whatever the fuck growing giga staphylococcus aureus you can't kill with anything.
>>
>>215401933
Probably a few - the kind what prefer the unpasteurized milk, and think the scientists are out to sterilize their kids with chickenpox vaccinations.
We've had people intentionally spread measles here. I'm sure we've got a handful who think Kytococcus Sedentarius is a literal gift from literal God, and think erythromycin is the work of the smooth-footed devil.
>>
>>215403530
I'm very curious to know what the candy's like in Lithuania.
>>
>>215403642
Only clotrimazole is OTC. Everything else needs prescription.
>>
>>215402432
Don't worry it will go away naturally when your feet rot away and some other nasty disease enters your bloodstream bro
>>
>>215403680
Ok... but...
>rub it in like candy
>>
>>215403530
you're not supposed to give medical adivce online you fucking retard. im reporting you.
>>
>>215403799
This condition isn't harmful in anyway aside from causing pain in some people when the dermis is exposed. Concerning death and further infection then it's mostly for diabetics, mentally impaired immune compromised and severely obese who need to worry.
>>
>>215403865
It's just a statement on the poor situation of antibiotic resistant bacteria.
>>
>>215401933
of course a retarded incel redneck doesn't know how to wash his own body
enjoy your lump retard. poor white whores (that i had sex with) had similar ugly bumps. disgusting
>>
>>215403883
Not my problem they won't follow it anyway and go to some Chinese witchdoctor.

mexican & indian meds exist for all amerimutt to order online
>>
>>215404149
Fair enough but I believing antibiotics are controlled due to the harm they cause down the road if used improperly, not for the user most of the time but society.
>>
>>215403885
>it's mostly for diabetics, mentally impaired immune compromised and severely obese who need to worry.
OP is American, literally checks all those boxes
Goodbye OP
>>
>>215404126
glad to see you've come to terms with it

A lithuanian doctor saying amerigolems just warms my heart
>>
>>215401933
please burn it with alcohol and fire and show progress pics, i need it
>>
>>215401933
no, we have this thing called healthcare (its free btw) and common sense here. it means if you get such shit on your foot you visit a doctor, take the prescribed meds and get rid of it. not post it on 4chan and get advise like
>just wash yourself
like the retards here say. they probably think you can wash off aids, cancer and ebola.
>>
>>215404717
I told everyone it is unwashable. Give the amerimutt some slack he will probably become homeless if he goes to the doctor. 4000 dollars + tip and 400 dollars in meds + tip.
>>
>>215404717
Washing your hands is a surprisingly effective prophylactic against lipid-coated viruses, like ebola, that spread best through blood and fluids. Harder to wash your lungs and rectum, so maybe keep the weird shit with ebola and aids victims to a minimum.
>>
>>215404221
they already feed it to cow & chicken anyway
only indian will survive superbugs pandemic
>>
>>215404771
can you just soak it saliciic acid and hope it'll peal all the dead skin off
>>
>>215404958
They're even developing an immunity to trains.
>>
>>215402432
based working man. you deserve free high-quality healthcare
>>
>>215404988
You can do a whole bunch of things that will hurt like fuck and possibly wreck your feet.
Antibiotics - kill the bacteria while, or before, treating the symptoms. If you pull your shoes off, and it smells like expired cambozola before you even reach for your socks, even the strictest clinic doctor in the world would have a script in your hands for erithromycin or similar before the culture results returned.
>>
>>215401933
Your leg is about the same circumference as my wrist
>>
>>215404840
thats true but in this case that should most likely have been done by the guy who infected him, who again shouldnt be walking around infected in the first place he should have threated it. well, op now has it and its too late to try and wash it off, he needs proper medication.
>>

when I was a teen my crotch was itchy all the time, I would scratch it so hard the skin was flaking and bleeding, I never told my parents and it simply went away one day
>>
>>215406458
Yep... and I bet he'll be washing his feet better from here on in.
>>
>>215407042
Me too I told my parents and they said it's normal

It's a thing all men go through
>>
>>215401933
buy some anti fungal meds before it gets worse
>>
>>215406458
and no, the infected should not be washing your hands for you. They sneeze, they bleed, they're more likely to infect than disinfect. If you've had confirmed exposure to anything (serious), wash the shit out of everything - hands twice before anything else, and after contact with other things you have to wash, like clothing, and get yourself checked and/or quarantined asagdmfp
>>
>>215407042
isn't that the same as jock itch?
