I found out my country’s space agency lied about this stuff, there’s actually hardly any colors in space besides planets and stars that you would need to be up close for to see anyway. Like apparently most of pic related is invisible and NASA just assigns colors to represent types of frequencies,Imagine if you connected your Bluetooth headphones and you could actually see a blue beam of light from your phone to your device.Except you can’t, so most of the space photos are just gray clouds with a slight tint, usually red
This is what the first picture actually looks like, and even then the image exposure/brightness has been heavily increased. Your only consolation is that at least the Moon and Saturn really do look like that
>>215410055>>215410083Most animals that aren't mammals can see ultraviolet radiation so it's possible that space really is as colorful as NASA touch-ups portray, we're just not capable of seeing it that way.
>>215410140We should edit all the other animals genes so that their future generations can only see the colors we do
>>215410055When did you realize that human eyes are biologically inferior? Our ability to distinguish colors is even inferior to that of octopuses and birds, even though they are also Earth creatures. The beauty of the universe isn't meant for lowly creatures like humans to appreciate.Lower your stance, human.

>>215410055the galaxy looks pretty cool if you see it in clear night
>>215410529it's above that of almost all other mammals in terms of color, and pretty on par for everything else
