hi /int/ this is my cat rupert! he likes to go outside in my garden and sometimes goes on my garage and house roof but he doesn't really go any further than that.is it normal in your country to let cats outside?

Although we don't have cats anymore, we used to, and for like the first 18 years or more or my life I always had at least one, if not two cats by my side. I guess that makes a man, and I have grown to love this noblest creature.We never let them out here, at least not in the city. Too much of a shithole for that. Maybe in some villagesLove Rupert.
