2023/24 world's most rated cycling destination edition

Previously on /flag/: >>215051470

>do (You) like going to places, taking photos and blogposting about it?
Welcome to /flag/ + /extraflags/, a comfy general for Extraflags users that combines your passions for geography, maps AND travel by using the Extraflags extension

Threadly activities include travelposting, urbex, wilderness exploration, hunting for radioactive minerals, (extra)flag collecting, map filling, cycling across Europe, other autistic activities and overall funposting

>What is Extraflags?
Extraflags is an open-source browser userscript that lets you choose regional flags, like states and provinces, to add to your already existing default country flag.
Turns out it's very well suited for travel posting because you can flex with the ultrarare (or at least, nice) flags you're travelling to, rather than using it as a tripcode for tripfagging in other (low iq) threads

Instructions and video guides for installing Extraflags can be found here: https://flagtism.gitlab.io/Extra-Flags-for-4chan/
Requests to add or change flags can be made here: https://gitlab.com/flagtism/Extra-Flags-for-4chan/-/issues

Ulashanivka is another one of those rare Ukrainian hromadas where every single village features a flag. It was my second time in Ulashanivka hromada already, having already picked up highly coveted ultra rares such as Bachmanivka, where there isn't even mobile internet reception. Tsvitokha, lying on the main road between Shepetivka and Slavuta, is not nearly as rare, but it will make a fine addition to everyone's Ulashanivka hromada collection nonetheless.

Nope, but I did get into a drone attack on a trip in March in 2024, when I went far deeper into Ukraine. The curfew at night also means that you have to be really careful when deciding to sleep outside. It's easier to find a suitable spot in Western Ukraine; much trickier in the open steppes of the country's South and East. The curfew is enforced, and military do scout areas for suspicious activity with thermal drones at night.

>Have you ever considered making a youtube channel chronicling your travels?

Yes. I even bought a DJI action cam at one point but the software was horrible so I returned it. The idea has been shelved since. I do think it could have potential but actively creating cooontent would also largely ruin the authenticity of what I do in my opinion. I don't really want to be a youtube faggot making gaping soyfaces for thumbnails.
>>
>>215562876
