Decided to watch x-filesMight write opinions laterFirst opinion - I like women in formal clothesSecond opinion - this picture cannot be scientifically explainedDo you binge watch in your country?
s1 e13 is the best episode
>>215447685it's a bear, what is there to explain?
>>215447823Bears don't use saws or build wooden structures to sit on
>>215447942this bear isn't using a saw, so I see no problem here
So far 30yo episodes are more fun to watch than modern series. Why did burgers forget how to make good shows? Also Scully just called some dude a vegetable. Wonder if it would be allowed today lol. >>215448117Why does he look concerned then?
Wish I had cute chick agent partner who came to me at 10pm to look at her ass
>>215447685its just a bear that climbed a tree, theyre very good at it xfiles is good for the monster-of-the-week stuff dont expect much from the overarching plot tho
>>215448347Better than my burgeroid cop shows lecturing me on blm in wpisodes made in 2020
>>215448463how old are you, zoom zoom?
>>215448463xfiles 'lectures' you too if you pay attention theyre just doing it about stuff from that period. all shows do that
>>215448537Yeah, but somehow it looks more organic
>>215448758they were just better at it. US lost most of it's ability to make good shows/movies around the mid 10sif you binge all of it like i did try fringe (2008) next
Whish flying saucers shaped like triangles were in more media. Mostly videogames of course. Starships you can fly there are all just "honda civic with engines" or "generic sci fi curvy thing" like in elite, nms or toddfield>>215449036KThanks for the recommendation
Come to think of it - why wasn't Mulder fired? He sits on a government paycheck and doesn't do much of "actual investigating" AND constantly steps on the toes of turboglowies - smallee things get people whacked like in Goodfellas irl (Epstein, boeing witnesses etc)
Weird how nobody did LA Noire clone with the premise of catching ayyyys, mutants and other reality deviants
>>215450613They tried with that one Xcom shooter whose name I forgot because it sucks so bad
>>215447685I don't get it, that's a bear just bearing around
>>215450710Yeah and that shooter got remade into a mass effect 2 clone which sucks
>>215447685okay this might sound soy but i recently saw an instagram post that said that bears just likes to sit around and admire the landscape and there was a bunch of bear pics of bears sitting on their butts doing that
>>215450959
Thought Mulder has a normal name like John or William but his name is FoxSeries was made by Fox"It's so fucking deep"
>>215451522imagine if we still had mammoths
russia wake up!
Episodes so far look better than most modern shows somehow>>215451633I think chinese would pay to hunt them into extinction by the late midde ages if chukots or whoever the fucl didn't get them sooner since >eat hairy thing = evade the norwood reaperis a 100% logical statemenr for them
>>215451916i think they would have died off eventually because of our endless greed. are you in favour or not to try to clone them back? im not
Idk but it's a real thing, put on some episode of a random 90s show and it feels more plausible and immersive than modern stuff. I can't put a finger on it what it us exactly, but I feel the same.
russia stop running away
russia!
ryssland vakna
Oh, just occured to me - there was 0 hispanic, asian and middle eastern/indian characters as of episode 5. Woder if in 5 years all early episodes will have a message that "x-files is racist" considering that it's one of the main plot points in 2nd season of Gunn's Peacemaker. >>215451963Eeehhhhh - that's what happened irl. But if somehow mammoths would live past the bronze age and into more or less modern times they would still be hunted to extinction. Even today people in bumfuck nowhere in Yakutia are digging out oth tusks which in large part are sold to chinese on the black market because there are 2 billion of balding manlets with ED who want to snort old furry elephant bones like Carrie Fisher did coke.
>>215452336thats what poachers do in africa they saw of tusks of the rhinos and elephans leaving them undable to fend for themself just so the chinks can get the placebo effects of a viagra. the who raised traditional chinese medicine to the same standard as scientific medicine a few years ago so every animal with tusks lives on borrowed time
average american cryptid - the unimaginably scary Smallville Dumpster Diver
No comment hereThat episode is weaker than previous one but these pics are at least +2 points too the score lol
>spoopy poopergeist episodeSpoopy
>called graves>comes back from the graveI think i saw an anime with the same plot
>>215447685have the whole dvd box. watched it when it aired and then binged it a few times later.eugene tooms will follow you for the rest of your life, the episode called home is creepy af it will scar you and >>215447797 is onto something thats a really good one. grima worntongue plays his role well here.
>>215452010Media is fully taken over by leftist nepotism. Leftists...joos, women, troons etc. have 0 creative ability. There hasn't been any new media since the takeover and there won't be until they collapse it all into the ground and creative men rebuild.
>>215453739>that scene where she's literally Stand Rushing her kidnapperskino
>>215447685>I like women in formal clothesdon't we all
woweeroyalty free skynet
thus far only 2 episodes out of 7 were about ayys - I thought that x-files was mostly about them. That's quite a diversity in terms of monsters of the week.
>>215451916do NOT watch the X-Files rebootit is embarassing and highly netflix'd kind of cringe, just like how they turned Supernatural in its last seasons
>>215455635I only watched first 3 seasons of supernatural and pride myself on it since the story started repeating itself by thenremake is which season? 10-11?
>>215447797>>215454131Brad Dourif turns stuff into kinoHis Babylon 5 episode is great. And it works as a good standalone scifi story
>>215451916X Files is Americana kino even if the temperate rainforest of British Columbia is the setting of a lot of the episodes (which most of the US looks nothing like)Eating at diner, staying at motels, seeing weird rural freaks
>>215455766Last season of X-files, I think it was so shit and floppy they didn't even bother to make another new after the reboot attempt and yeah Supernatural went full repetitive and Deviantart edgy mode that was more funny than cool like. They were filmed in the post-Obama Biden era so they had to make everything quirky and LGBTNigger just because.Shit like Scully saying "oh wow i can't believe it's current year and people are being le homotransphobic" and Castiel who becomes God and the first thing he does as God is killing a priest because he was not accepting enough of fags because God actually loves trans kids or something. Then Lucifer and his kid whole arc seasons being nothing but a telenovela.Incoherent nonsense wokeshit ruins everything, they ruined enjoyable shows like The Closer with its sequel-spinoff Major Crimes turning it into a teen gay police drama because the director was a faggot and he married an actor from the cast.Haven't watched a single tv show ever since or been at cinema because it's all slop or soulless remakes, prequels, sequels, 3D versions or same fucking plots all over again.
Kinda funny how they explore the idea of the internet in mid 1990s since nobody knew what that shit was and that a rogue AI would be able to just access random computers even though there probably were no wires connecting them.>>215456128I'm really not a fan of burgeroid approach to God, devil, angels and demons as to some DnD mobs and Heaven and Hell being legit physical locations with coordinates. Lessens the idea of all these things to something like the doordash dude who brings Tasty and That's it burgers if you order them on that exact app. Is it protestant things or did they borrow them over from catholics prior to Luther?
>>215449036The first 3 seasons are nice, the fourth was a bit disappointing(No budget?), and I'm fighting against myself to spare some time to watch the last episodes of the fifth, please tell it's not like Lost.
>>215457330nah lost ending/overarching story was fairly well done compared to this
mid 90s hackermanocracy
>>215457201Supernatural itself is just a fanfic novel, work of fantasy but I liked it more without the usual Abrahamic and muh ancient gods usual card, hunting monsters and solving mysteries like X-Files with demons being just a kind of monster category apart, be it even angels and such. I am not surprised the success, beyond the foids lust for the characters, had also to do with the references to the bible, easiest clichè to play to get some American audience through worship or outrage, just like Japanese cartoons do with the mysterious and exotic Christian cult making everything look "sophisticated". Am not religious but when something is too forced or tryhard to the point it becomes a meme trope then everyone can notice it.
>>215447685You must watch the "Jose Chung's From Outer Space." episode. That TV series had good photography, but after 2-3 seasons it seems like they are always shooting the same wood pretending it to be distant places, it also suffered from the "monster of the week" effect, and lost momentum after the first movie.
>>215457330Season 5 has Bad Blood, one of the best episodes. I say it's worth watching. Season 6 has some great episodes too, but season 7 has only five or six good episodes, the rest are mediocre or plainly bad. No episode from later seasons are watching, besides Mulder & Scully Meet the Were-Monster from season 10.
Not really getting the point of the screen since it's a bit too random in it's flickering to be percieved as an eye like the one from space odyssey
>>215451302If it was his crotch what he was scratching it'd be epic.
tbqh s1e7 is a goldmine for memes about shitty generative AI slop
s1e8I hope it won't be like that season of true detective with geriatric girlboss and eskimo feminazis
already looks better
fuck - it's actually the same premise as s4 of true detective as in "bunch of scientists was drilling a hole and then died"
oh noGigachad has bubonic rabies with the thing from the thing
did people actuallly *listen* to commentary of old football matches for entertainment or is geologist is just supposed to be a weird incel?
>>215459306both
My creatures in spore be like
>incel dies first (after Chad)expected
>>215447797The way he describes his visit to hell is phenomenal. Definitely one for the books.
>evil spermatozoids are soyjacking at each other under the microscopeK I N O
>>215454131For me it's Small Potatoes and Bad Blood
>ear wormk I have a nightmare fuel for days nowwhere did I put my earplugs?
episode 9Mars attacks
really not a fan of popcorn ceilingsnot only are they hard to look at nut also like to turn into whatever the fuck I'm thinking about
>>215460444Worst episode in the whole series.
Also a quick joke for 145iq /int/ellectuals>why is x files so SOVFul?>>because David DUCHOVNY*badum-tss*
fun factspace shuttles were supposed to handle spy satellites while orbiting - they have exact cargo hold measurements for that
>>215460501nobody likes them these days but i liked them
wonder if NASA has a pic of v.Braun throwing his right palm from his heart to the Sun in a pretty frame on a wall somewhere>>215460756you have very calm imagination
wanted to post NASA chief's room since it had efay wallpaper but it made the screenshot too heavy so you'll have to look it up for yourself4chan really needs to increase the attachment size up to at least 10 mb
>oooooohhhhhh AAAAAAIIIIIEEEEEEEE face scary oooooooohhhhh>>215460576I can see where you are coming from with that
KISS (the band) be like:
What if ayy, but ghost? Sounds cool, but execution is a bit lame. Maybe because I'm allergic to nasa to the same level as to ss.
>>215462175Which episode are you on now
>>215462195s1e9, nearing the endI'll try to make it to e13
This was Fox attempt to make another X-Files alike series, it starts similarly the first seasons, mysteries, cryptids, I <3 SCIENCE experiments, ayy lmaos, unexplained phenomena and a common main plot about the "observers" who are a bunch of bald men that are actually alien invaders, I think it became some capeshit tier snoozefest when the last seasons introduced the multiverse collision and time travel into the future with resistence against the invaders and stuff making it less of a scifi detective genre. You can give it a shot, usually tv series like that can be still enjoyed as single episodes as those have an independent plot from the main one.Maybe the closest thing to X-Files and it wasn't that terrible in the early seasons, it was produced between 2008 and 2013.
NoooooooooPredator has killed a black dude with a holstered weaponAlso seems weird for burgers at the same time having dorito-wings and not going xcom interceptor missions on ayys
Also, s1e10 Predator: DUI
>>215462652I'll give it a try
>>215462954cant remember but is this when they start bleeding green poison blood?
>>215463303nahpredator has dui in wisconin and militaaary wants to probe his anus now and predator attacks humans with anti-epileptic weapons (flashing lights)
>>215463784ok. just be prepared, first season is kinda mellow and introduce you to many characters and topics, it gets weirder in the next seasons. really weird
episode 11Sucking (of blood) in that one microstate with microdudes from that one french movie
Alien chupacabras are very upfront>glirp-hello florp-ese blirpblarp-we are going to exsanguinate you
is there a russian equivalent of the x-files? do you have any notable aliens in russia?
>>215464768not really, this one is the closest https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Inexplicable,_yet_a_Fact - more of a pseudodocumentary like ones on youtube where dude goes into some abandoned house and yells for ghostsUFO craze never happened here - mostly there was cargocultist imitation in the 80s and 90s when any raw sewage was published in newspapers. The Sun - tier sewage. Most of the notable ayys are in the tv program I've mentioned but it's mostly about ghosts or monsters like variations of bigfoot or gnomes who speak backwards
>cloneslamechupacabras would be cooler
>>215447685>aliensYeah, right.
e12designated english episodea feww shows have them. feels like animu beach episode but every character is stewie griffin
really boringup there with the nasa one
>>215447685I'm watching too.
e13really good, the best so farI need to sleep. Will continue posting tomorrow
>>215447797>>215467025S1E13 is the first masterpiece episode, but there will be more. S3-4 are peak years with very few mediocre eps.
I was disappointed how the Smoking Man lived in some shitty apartment like he was a poorfag
>>215467435thats part of his character, he got all this power and confidence yet his obsession over that and his work has made him a lonely bitter man with no life outside of work. just like mulder. he would be just another cartoonish evil villain if he sat on a throne in some castle. now you start to feel pity for him, you question who is actually the bad guys?
>>215467706no I wanted him to remain something mysterious
>>215467831i think that made him more mysterious. what drives him when its not money and luxury? how many more are there like him that you cant see because they live like incels in the shadows yet have the power to topple regimes?
>>215447685X-Files is super kino in so many ways. But it really went for too long it seems, and the ending (real one, season 8) is meh.
