Isn't the whole point of being an adult the fact that you're free to eat, drink and do what you want?
If we're gonna follow some stupid made up rules about what "a man" can or cannot do, then why even call yourself an adult?
Wanna eat candy? Eat candy. You're an adult.
Wanna collect Pokemon cards? Do so, you are an adult.
Having that cocktail drink instead of the socially accepted "manly whisky"? Drink that fruity umbrella drink.

Anything else is literally the opposite of being a man/adult. Limiting yourself to "society rules" is basically like choosing to be a child and letting someone else boss you around.
