in your country?
>>
No. I am doomed. I try not to think about it
>>
>>215829840
I can inherit a bunch of houses
>>
>>215829840
No. Im literally in the top 5% salary wise and I can’t even afford a car. Everything is eaten up by taxes and inflation. We’re already a feudal country because almost all house purchases are done by family money at this point
>>
>>215829840
No, but I will inherit some houses and apartments at some point in time.
>>
>>215830217
>>215830263
Won't you have to pay a boatload of inheritance tax?
>>
I could probably afford a dilapidated shitbox in a crack neighbourhood if I signed up for the 5% deposit debt trap scheme our government does, if we're being very loose with the term 'afford'
>>
No

good point.
however, in Germany you can gift your children an amount of 400k every 10 years without having to pay taxes on that, the same way you can inherit 400k tax free from your parents

bought one last year, already thinking about buying a cabin
>>215830245
utter bullshit, because no one in sweden own cars and houses right? im that cabin/second house i consider im looking at the dirt cheap housing market in sweden as well.
>>
I've got a car a motorcycle, and have saved about 75% of what a small single home would cost paying upfront. I might buy a terrain, and then buy a small prefab house.
Sadly I'm too close of being a sperg to have a real family.

BTW I'm older than you, but I'm not a boomer. And yes, you are being fucked by both private equity, and past policies enticing mass immigration without taking into account whether the new citizens would adapt or not.
>>
>>215829840
No. I have no need for one as I will forever remain a lonely virgin retard, nor can I afford one. If anything I'll inherit a house once my dad dies but it's in the middle of nowhere and will probably be a broken down piece of shit by then.
>>
>>215829840
No. With my salary I theoretically could afford buying one in credit, or just saving for it over some years, but I always spend everything I earn on stupid shit.
>>
>>215829840
The issue here is that houses are priced based on the assumption that there will be two salaries paying off the mortgage. So incels are actively priced out of the market and couples that want to start families have to pay extortionate amounts of money on childcare because both parents need to work all day.

Yeah that sucks. When I grew up my dad had just a modest salary but he could afford to be the sole breadwinner. Different times.
>>
>>215829840
Maybe when boomers start dying off
Perhaps we could accelerate this process... Just saying
>>
>>215829840
I think I am going to start looking for a house to buy next year
>>
>>215829840
lolno. And I will spend the rest of my life living alone in my 1 bedroom luxury apartment dropping 75% of my income on rent because luxury apartments are the only things that get built anymore.

i am priced out of my home state, nobody born here without familial help will ever buy a home. if i leave, then i will be without family in a strange and probably poor area, because the only cheap housing is cheap for a reason.
>>
>>215829840
never, but its okay. ill probably suicide one day anyways.

I don't want a house, seems like way too much work. Maybe one of those small ones that are basically apartments without neighbors behind your wall.
>>
>>215829840
Nah Blackrock ruined that dream. Even if I could afford it current prices just aren't worth it.
>>
No and I'm fine with it. Why would a single man need a house.

Well, if you want lots of quietness and peaceful environment. Rental apartments aren't like that I think. Sizewise I would totally be ok with a cabin
>>
I don't want a house

I want land and a yurt
>>
>>215829840
i already own an apartment. i paid for half and my parents paid the other half
>>
I want a genuinely righteous and good hearted woman, I don't care how ugly or what ethnicity, who will marry me and won't hurt me and will sit naked on my chest pressed up against it and pee directly into my soul
>>
>>215833121
Literally me. On paper I should be able to afford one with my salary. Paying a Jew interest for a home sounds retarded though. I decided to remain debt free.
>>
70m2 is the legal limit of size here for houses built without all the paperwork and certified construction manager, started collecting stones and i'm planning to build a house out of them
>>
i will inherit a house from my parents in suburban tokyo.
>>
>>215829840

I dont think i could even afford a car nowdays its over for me though...
>>
>>215829840
Nope.
