This is Noordeinde Palace, the office-palace of the King while he is in the Hague.
It was originally built as a farmhouse, before being remodelled into a small palace which at one point belonged to the King of Prussia, the famous French philosopher Voltaire also stayed here for a few nights. The palace grounds are home to the royal stables and archives.
