>>215914716You can try Diphenhydramine (sold benadryl in U.S), 50mg used to put me to sleep on its own but it lost its magic after a while so I have to combine it with something else.Doxylamine is too strong if I take a whole pill (25mg) I sleep for 18 hours and can't move, it's terrible. so I settle for half or quarter of a pill together with melatonin and or Diphenhydramine . I get mine from Amazon, very cheap.
