On a scale of 0 to 10, how much do you enjoy your job?
>>
The job itself is ok, my coworkers all deserve to executed though
>>
I am unemployed

It's not so bad honestly. I work retail, I like being physically active, my colleagues are all amazing, my boss is nice and I work mostly evenings which fits my fucked sleep schedule well. It's low paying and low status, and I can't get over the fact that I never amounted to more in life, but apart from that it's okay. It pays the bills.

The actual work isn't much to cheer about since I just just take incoming orders, match them to our stock, put together a shipping bill and send that to our warehouse. If something isn't in stock, I have to put in an order from our distributor.

The part that I enjoy is that I work 100% from home and my boss is my older brother. So my workday is just me sitting at my pc, music blasting, playing vidya/stream or anime on one screen, work on another.

I love it but idk if I can bike there in the winter without getting rekt by cars
>>
I work in construction. I actually love the work itself, but 50% of the people in the industry are utter subhumans, and I'm probably being conservative with my estimate.

8/10. I like that I have enough spare time to shitpost on the job and work on personal projects. The actual work is boring and not very fulfilling, but it pays well and is pretty cushy.

I work as a pharmacist in a grocery store serving primarily high net worth retirees and to be honest id give it a solid 7 or an 8. Its still work and id rather not be there when I am working but overall I dont have many complaints. Its fairly low stress and my patients are mostly polite and respect me. My coworkers are great and my boss is corporate middle management who is hands off and as long as our metrics look good I only interact with her about once a month. Im considered full time at 32 hours a week, get good benefits, have enough PTO hours for 4 weeks of vacation plus a few extra random days which increases every year, and I make six figures.

same here, i stock shelves. my coworkers are decent and afternoon shift is comfy for me. fuck working in the dairy cooler THOUGH
at the risk of sounding like a coporate bootlicker, i really do appreciate working this job because it fills in the gaps in my CV. i have a science degree and a math minor, but i don't think i'm getting much use out of either. in hindsight, i should have put more effort into getting soft skills and getting fit. this job is good for that, at least

I'm a physiotherapist. The clinic I'm working for is state funded so the pay is great and I enjoy helping people.

pay is 2/10

I'd say an 8. Pay could be a little better but my boss is great and its pretty low pressure and chill which makes up for it.

Pay is great.
Job sucks (literally).

A fun pic for you all, from my very first day on the job. Yes I am old.

That's a really good job here.
My grandmother was one for 55 years, mom has been one for 33 years.

Yes. Very much.

Software dev. Small company. 0/10. The pay is ok for Canada, but not worth the fucking stress of this shitty working environment. I'd leave, but there are no fucking jobs in this frozen shithole of a country. The tech industry is basically dead. It's over. I regret my life choices every day and I should have studied literally anything else.
>>
>>215949757
Oh yeah, the worst thing is getting 'alright' pay in Canada translates into being fucking broke. So you're working your ass off and getting increasingly gouged by skyrocketing cost-of-living.
>>
I'm jobless. Nobody would hire me.
>>
>>215944008
10/10.
I design and draw 2D models for vtubers and do art for normal streamers as well (usually backgrounds and brb screens).
Pays really well and I've gotten to know a lot of fun people in the last few years.

>>
>>215949957
This. On weekends I work 8am-midnight so I crunch 32h in two days and go home for 4-5. Being at work + travel five days a week makes me wanna an hero
